What is the cutting parameter reference table for common materials?

Reference cutting parameters for common materials (cobalt HSS HSS-E, TiAlN coated): 1) Carbon steel (45 steel, Q235) - HB170-220, 800-1500rpm, feed 0.1-0.2mm/rev, emulsion 5%-8%; 2) Alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMo) - HB200-280, 600-1200rpm, feed 0.08-0.15mm/rev, emulsion 8%; 3) Stainless steel (304, 316) - HB180-220, 400-800rpm, feed 0.05-0.1mm/rev, EP emulsion 8%-12%; 4) Mold steel (P20, 718 pre-hardened) - HRC30-40, 500-1000rpm, feed 0.06-0.12mm/rev, emulsion 8%; 5) Hardened steel (HRC45-55) - 200-500rpm, feed 0.03-0.08mm/rev, generous cooling, prefer carbide; 6) Superalloys (nickel/cobalt-based) - HB300-400, 200-400rpm, feed 0.03-0.06mm/rev, EP emulsion 12%, prefer carbide or AlCrN; 7) Titanium (TC4 etc.) - HB300-350, 300-600rpm, feed 0.04-0.08mm/rev, EP emulsion 10%; 8) Aluminum (6061, 7075) - HB80-150, 1500-3000rpm, feed 0.15-0.3mm/rev, semi-synthetic 3%-5% or dry; 9) Copper and alloys - HB60-150, 1500-2500rpm, feed 0.15-0.25mm/rev, semi-synthetic 3%-5%; 10) Plastic, bakelite - 1000-2000rpm, feed 0.1-0.2mm/rev, dry or air-cooled. Adjustment rules: 1) small tools spin faster, large tools slower; 2) small sizes (under 6mm) raise speed 30%-50%; 3) large sizes (over 20mm) lower speed 30%-50%; 4) slopes and interrupted cutting: lower speed and feed 20%-30%; 5) adjust after a trial cut for smooth cutting, good finish and reasonable life. These are reference values - adjust by machine rigidity, clamping and tool condition.
