Lead times, stock and rush orders: Lead times: 1) Standard products in stock - common specs (90/82/120 degrees, φ10-φ25, φ10/φ12 shanks, cobalt HSS) usually in stock: ship same day or next day; check stock with customer service; 2) Standard products not in stock - uncommon specs (special angles, large heads φ30+, small heads φ6-, special shanks, carbide, special coatings) need production: 3-7 working days; 3) Custom tools - simple custom (size/angle/shank changes) 3-7 days; medium custom (piloted, extended, reduced shank, through-coolant) 7-15 days; complex custom (carbide, special coatings, complex shapes, large batches) 15-30 days; 4) Bulk orders - hundreds of pieces may need production even for standard items: 7-15 days; 5) Coating service - special coatings (AlCrN/DLC/diamond) add 3-7 days; 6) Re-sharpening - 1-3 days; re-coating adds 3-7 days; 7) Holidays - Chinese New Year, National Day extend lead times: stock up 1-2 weeks ahead. Rush orders: 1) available - production prioritized; 2) rush fee 20%-50% by order value and urgency; 3) simple custom rush 1-3 days, medium 3-7, complex 7-15; 4) for rush orders confirm parameters and do not change mid-production; returns/exchanges generally not supported (except quality issues). Shipping: small parcels (SF Express, ZTO etc.) 1-3 days; large freight (Deppon, Aneng etc.) 3-7 days; rush SF air 1-2 days; remote areas longer. Advice: plan ahead, stock common specs, confirm inventory before ordering, mention rush early, order bulk early, stock up before holidays. We keep ample stock, stable capacity and on-time delivery.
