How to choose countersink angle? Where are 45/60/90/120 degrees used?
45 degrees is the most common, for general machined parts chamfering and deburring; 60 degrees suits countersunk screw holes; 90 degrees for spot facing and large chamfers; 120 degrees for special design requirements and large-radius transitions. Lihao Technology covers all angles with custom options.
