How to check countersink quality?
Checks: 1. Angle - universal protractor or projector, tolerance +/-0.5 degrees; 2. Runout - dial indicator on cutting edges, should be <=0.01mm; 3. Appearance - no chipping, cracks, even coating; 4. Material - spectrometer analysis; 5. Hardness - HSS HRC63-66, cobalt HSS HRC66-68. Lihao Technology fully inspects every batch before shipping.
