Can angled-hole countersinks cut straight holes? Can standard countersinks cut angled holes?

Angled-hole countersinks cut straight holes fine, with results close to standard countersinks. But standard countersinks are not recommended for angled holes: their edges are symmetric, so on a slope one edge contacts first, causing slipping, digging-in, uneven chamfers (deep on one side, shallow on the other) and vibration marks. For the occasional angled hole, a standard tool used carefully can get by - but for batches or high requirements, use angled-hole countersinks: much better efficiency and quality.
