Invoice types: 1) VAT electronic ordinary invoice - most common, issued for individuals and small-scale taxpayers, sent by email, valid for reimbursement and bookkeeping; rates 1% (small-scale) or 13% (general taxpayer); 2) VAT special invoice - issued to general taxpayers, allows input tax credit, 13% rate; requires general taxpayer qualification and invoicing details (company name, tax ID, address/phone, bank account); 3) Timing - issued within 1-3 working days after payment; electronic sent to the reserved email, paper sent by courier; 4) Description - cutting tools, hardware, countersinks, mills etc., per your request; 5) Note - we currently issue only VAT electronic ordinary and special invoices; invoicing details must be accurate - errors can be reissued but take time. Confirm invoicing details at order time to avoid hassle.
