Special requirements: 1) Material - stainless steel: cobalt HSS; titanium: carbide or coated cobalt HSS; 2) Burr-free - very sharp edges, final light pass, hand polishing if needed; 3) Surface quality - low speed, small feed, generous cutting fluid; 4) Contamination control - clean parts thoroughly after machining, no cutting fluid residue; 5) Material certificates - every batch certified per medical standards; 6) Special tools - complex medical parts may need custom countersinks.
