Burrs remain after chamfering - what to do? How to deburr completely?

Burrs remaining after chamfering - causes and fixes: 1) Dull tool - dull edges leave burrs; fix: re-sharpen or replace, keep edges sharp; 2) Feed too high - incomplete cut leaves burrs; fix: reduce feed, take a final no-feed pass (one idle revolution); 3) Speed too low - slow speed cuts poorly and leaves burrs; fix: raise speed moderately (except stainless steel); 4) Material factors - tough materials like stainless steel and superalloys form burrs easily; fix: sharp tools, low speed, generous cutting fluid; 5) Wrong angle - an incorrect angle cuts incompletely; fix: confirm the angle and use the right tool; 6) Final deburring - for residual fine burrs after chamfering: a) sandpaper or oilstone by hand; b) brush deburring; c) tumbling; d) electrochemical deburring; e) ultrasonic deburring. To deburr completely: 1) chamfer with a sharp new tool for a clean cut; 2) take a final no-feed pass; 3) lightly dress the hole mouth with fine sandpaper or an oilstone; 4) use dedicated deburring equipment for high requirements. Some fine burrs after machining are normal; acceptable for low requirements, remove with follow-up deburring for high requirements.
