How to set countersink speed and feed?
General recommendations: HSS countersinks S=500-1500rpm, F=50-150mm/min; cobalt HSS up to S=800-2000rpm; carbide S=1500-3000rpm. Adjust by material hardness - lower speed for hard materials, higher for soft. Lihao Technology can provide specific parameter advice.
