What does countersink coating do? Is uncoated OK?
Coating benefits: 1. Higher surface hardness (2500-3500HV) with 2-5x wear resistance; 2. Lower friction coefficient (0.3-0.5) reducing tool welding; 3. High-temperature resistance (800-1100 degrees C) for high-speed dry cutting; 4. Oxidation and corrosion resistance.
