What is the difference between nano-coating and standard coating?
Nano-coating uses multilayer composite structures (e.g. alternating TiAlN/AlCrN nano-layers), each only tens of nanometers thick, delivering higher hardness (3500HV+), better toughness and heat resistance above 1100 degrees C, with 1.5-2x the life of standard coatings. Lihao Technology's premium series uses nano-coating technology.
