What are angled-hole spot facers for? When needed?

Angled-hole spot facers are for: 1) sloped workpiece surfaces needing countersunk holes so screw heads seat flush on the slope; 2) holes not perpendicular to the surface (angled holes) needing edge chamfering and deburring; 3) sheet metal and stamped parts with burrs and flash at hole edges needing cleanup; 4) angled countersunk holes in molds and fixtures. Standard countersinks slip, dig in and make uneven chamfers in these cases; angled-hole spot facers machine them smoothly.
