What parameters are needed for custom countersinks? Lead time?
Provide: 1) Angle - e.g. 90 or 120 degrees, or special angles; 2) Head diameter - maximum chamfer diameter; 3) Shank diameter - 6, 8, 10, 12mm etc.; 4) Flute design - single-flute, radius edge etc.; 5) Material - standard HSS, cobalt HSS, carbide; 6) Coating - TiAlN etc. as needed; 7) Overall length; 8) Special features - pilot, extended shank, reduced neck, through-coolant etc. A drawing or sample is best; the parameters above work without one. Lead times: standard custom (size or angle change) - 3-5 working days; complex custom (special shape, carbide, through-coolant) - 7-15 working days. Rush orders can be expedited - ask customer service.
