How are countersinks packed and shipped? Will they be damaged?

Packaging: 1) Each tool is individually wrapped in rust-preventive paper or bubble wrap to avoid knocks; 2) Multiple tools are boxed in plastic or paper cases with slots to hold them still; 3) Rust prevention - rust-preventive paper or oil inside the package; 4) Outer carton - hard cardboard or wooden case with foam or bubble film cushioning; 5) Labeling - product name, spec, quantity and notices (fragile, moisture-proof, this side up). Shipping: 1) Express - small samples or urgent orders via SF or JD express, usually 1-3 days; 2) Freight - larger orders via Deppon, Aneng etc., usually 3-7 days; 3) Dedicated vehicle - very large orders or local customers. Damage? Normal shipping does not damage the tools - packaging is secure and edges are protected. If goods arrive damaged (chipping, bending, rust), photograph and contact us - we reship or exchange free, paying both-way shipping. Signing advice: open and check quantity, spec and appearance before signing; refuse or contact us promptly if anything is wrong.
