Can countersinks chamfer small holes? What to note?

Can countersinks chamfer small holes? What to note? Small holes (under 3mm): mouth chamfering works with small-format countersinks or center drills. Notes: 1) Tool choice - small countersinks (heads 3-6mm) or center drills (type A): center drills are rigid, good for small holes; 2) High speed - small holes have low line speed: use high RPM (2000-5000) for proper cutting; 3) Small feed - weak small tools: feed 0.02-0.05mm/rev to prevent breakage; 4) Shallow depth - small-hole chamfers should be shallow - just enough to deburr; deep cuts break tools; 5) Sharp tools - dull tools break: new or freshly sharpened; 6) Good chip flow - small holes clog easily: withdraw to clear chips, use fluid; 7) Stable clamping - low runout, firm workpiece; 8) No large countersinks on small holes - large contact area, high force: breakage and grabbing. Recommendation: M3 and under - center drills; M3-M6 - small countersinks; M6 and up - ordinary countersinks.
