Are countersinks, spot facers, countersunk drills and chamfer drills the same thing? What is the difference?
They are basically the same type of tool under different names. In mainland China they are commonly called countersinks or chamfer drills; in Taiwan they are known as qujiao dao or huhua zuan; in the industry also as spot facers, countersunk drills or chamfer tools.
